Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast [WR] rise up out of the sea [the sea beast], having seven [ 7 ] heads and ten [ 10 ] horns [see Rev 12:3 ], and upon his horns ten [ 10 ] crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. ^
Rev 13:2 And the [sea] beast [WR] which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon [Satan] gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. ^
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the [sea] beast [WR]. ^
~ Some Worship the "dragon" (Satan) and the (Sea) Beast [WR]. The "dragon" (Satan) Gives Power to the Sea Beast for 3.5 Years.
Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon [Satan] which gave power unto the [sea] beast [WR]: ^ and they worshipped the [sea] beast [WR], saying, Who is like unto the [sea] beast [WR]? who is able to make war with him? ^
Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him [the sea beast][WR] a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him [the sea beast][WR] to continue forty and two [ 42 ] months. ^
Rev 13:6 And he [the sea beast][WR] opened his [the sea beast's][WR] mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his [God's] name, and his [God's] tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. ^
~ The Sea Beast [WR] Makes War with the Saints ["born again" Christians][see John 3:3-8 ].
Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him [the sea beast][WR] to make war with the saints [Christians], and to overcome them [the saints (Christians)]: and power was given him [the sea beast][WR] over all kindreds [tribes, people], and tongues [languages], and nations. ^
~ Those Whose Names are Blotted Out of the Book of Life [see Rev 3:5 ] will Worship the Sea Beast [WR].
Rev 13:8 And all that dwell
upon the earth shall worship him [the sea beast][WR],
whose names are not written in [have been blotted out of]
the book of life [ ] of the Lamb slain [the book belonging to Jesus]
from the foundation of the world. [The names were written
from [at] the creation of the world in the book of life
[, said book] belonging to the Lamb that was slain [Jesus]. NIV]

Rev 13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Rev 13:10 He
that leadeth [is to go] into captivity shall go into captivity:
he that killeth [is to be killed] with the sword must be killed

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth [the earth beast][ac]; and he [the earth beast][ac] had two [ 2 ] horns like a lamb [a counterfeit christ, i.e. the antichrist], and he [the earth beast][ac] spake as a dragon [like his father Satan]. ^
Rev 13:12 And he [the earth beast][ac] exerciseth all the power of the first [sea] beast [WR] before him [on his behalf], and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first [sea] beast [WR], whose deadly wound was healed. ^
Rev 13:13 And he [the earth beast][ac] doeth great wonders, so that he [the earth beast][ac] maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, ^
Rev 13:14 And [the earth beast][ac] deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he [the earth beast][ac] had power to do in the sight of [on behalf of] the [sea] beast [WR]; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the [sea] beast [WR], which had the wound by a sword, and did live. [similar to Rev 19:20 ] ^
Rev 13:15 And he [the earth beast][ac] had power to give life unto the image of the [sea] beast [WR], that the image of the [sea] beast [WR] should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the [sea] beast [WR] should be killed. ^
Rev 13:16 And he [the earth beast][ac] causeth [forced] all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: ^
Rev 13:17 And [so] that no man might buy or sell, save he that [unless he, the man] had the mark, or [which is] the name of the [sea] beast [WR], or the number of his [the sea beast's][WR] name. ^
Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the [sea] beast [WR]: for it is the number of a man [the earth beast][ac]; and his [the earth beast's][ac] number is Six hundred threescore and six [ 666 ]. ^
~ Count the number of the [sea] beast [WR]: At the time these New Testament books of the Bible were written, the world was ruled by the ancient Roman Empire. Roman numerals were used for counting. At that time the Roman numerals were I=1, V=5, X=10, L=50, C=100, and D=500 (M was introduced later). The sum of these Roman numerals is 666 (DCLXVI=666). Therefore, the sea beast is the revived Roman Empire Religious System (A consolidation of Catholicism, the World Council of Churches, the New Age Movement, One World Religion [WR], etc. The ultimate "state" religion becomes a "world" religion [WR], that makes war on Christians (see Rev 13:7), Christians who Jesus Christ says must be "born again." See John 3:3-8.)
~ For it is the number of a man [the earth beast, antichrist][ac]; and his [the earth beast's][ac] number is 666: Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning [dawn NIV]! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! If we count the Roman numerals in the phrase "Lucifer, son of the dawn" we get L=50, u(v)=5, c=100, i=1, d=500, w=double-u=uu(vv)=5+5=10 for a total equal to 666. Therefore, we conclude that the earth beast is Lucifer (son of Satan), the antichrist [ac], the false prophet, whose number is 666.
~ Jesus is the "morning star" (Rev 22:16). In the verse "Lucifer, son of the morning/dawn" (Isa 14:12), we have Satan counterfeiting the "morning star" concept by referring to himself as "the morning/dawn." Hence: Lucifer, son of Satan.
~ Satan's
"trinity" is completed with "Satan" (as god), "Lucifer"
(as the son, the antichrist [ac],
the false prophet, the earth beast), and the World Religion "Beast"
[WR] (as the holy spirit,
the sea beast): see Rev 16:13, Rev
19:20 & Rev 20:10.
